THE AUTHOR

Born in Brisbane, Kyle Mewburn travelled in Europe and the Middle East before settling in New Zealand in 1990. He writes for children and has been a full-time writer since 1997. Mewburn won the Joy Cowley Award in 2005, presented by Storylines Children's Literature Foundation of New Zealand for the development of a picture book text. He has also won both the Picture Book Category and the Children's Choice Award at the 2007 New Zealand Post Book Awards for Children and Young Adults.



THE BOOK

The book is a girl named lily who lives with her family, she likes animals and one day
Mr hooper pop which is what tien animals, gives a smelly cat has fleas and all that and then the girl does not want a cat tries asi.Ella out of the house but can not because the cat is not going and do bad things and the girl gets angry,because make breakfast and eats el.Un day sees that it is she who is misbehaving with then alfinal as he forgives and make it out friends.A day a walk and his friends are having a very nice and clever cat. Alfinal live happily.

It was good but not liked me and would not recommend anyone
but for example to they cost I recommend to read.
